As I was creating this website and recreating all the great recipes from my childhood, I had the opportunity to collaborate with my mom and her sisters. It has been a wonderful experience working with them and we have been having a fun time reminiscing about our family gatherings, holidays, and traditions. At times it has been challenging, especially trying to achieve the right consistency for grandma’s rice pudding, which was creamy and tasted like a custard, it’s almost perfected!
I am so appreciative and grateful for all their time, effort and energy trying to help me preserve all the family recipes and traditions. A big thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Unfortunately, we have lost Uncle Lenny and Aunt Linda, but I am forever grateful for their love and memories that I will forever cherish. Their memories will live on through our recipes and traditions.
