Antipasto The Antipasto is served at the beginning of the meal and is made with any combination of cured meats, cheeses, olives, and vegetables. In our home, a typical antipasto included fresh mozzarella, sharp provolone cheese, aged Swiss cheese, ham, salami, dried sausage (hot and sweet), an assortment of olives, red roasted peppers, stuffed artichokes, and stuffed mushrooms.
