Chocolate Ice Box Cake - Individual Servings

This is such a rich, delicious, chocolate and creamy dessert. It’s so simple to prepare but it’s everyone’s favorite. The individual glass servings are a culinary delight to look at and turns this dessert into a special treat!

Ingredients

1 - 3.9 oz box of Jell-o instant chocolate pudding
2 cups crushed graham crackers
2 cups whole milk
8 oz container cool whip
6 clear glasses or mugs
Garnish- chocolate shavings and basil

Directions

1. Add the crushed graham crackers to each glass – evenly
2. Whisk the pudding mix with milk for a few minutes till smooth.
3. Pour into graham cracker crust glass.
4. Top with whip cream and let set 1 hour in refrigerator
5. Sprinkle chocolate shavings on top of the pie and garnish each slice with basil or mint.
