Grilled Steak And Peach Salad With Burrata Cheese
This is a quick and easy summertime salad that is so flavorful and delicious. It’s so colorful and beautiful to look at. Serve as an individual salad or family style for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
1 lb flat iron steak
1 peach pitted and sliced in half
1 Burrata cheese sliced
5 oz arugula- washed and dried
1 pint mixed cherry and grape tomatoes
½ red onion chopped
Balsamic glaze
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Salt the flat iron steak and grill for approximately 5-6 minutes each side.
2. Brush the peach with olive oil and grill for several minutes. Grill marks should be visible.
3. Remove from grill and slice into 8 pieces.
4. Slice the tomatoes in half and combine with arugula and chopped onion
5. Slice the steak against the grain and add to the bowl.
6. Add the sliced peaches and the sliced Burrata cheese.
7. Drizzle the balsamic all over.
8. Enjoy as an individual salad or family style.
