Grilled Steak Salad
This is a quick and easy salad that is so flavorful and delicious. It’s so colorful and beautiful to look at. Serve for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
1 lb flat iron steak
5 oz arugula- washed and dried
1 pint mixed cherry and grape tomatoes
½ red onion chopped
4 oz feta cheese crumbled
Balsamic glaze
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Salt the flat iron steak and grill for approximately 5-6 minutes each side.
2. Slice the tomatoes in half and combine with arugula and chopped onion.
3. Slice the steak against the grain and add to the bowl.
4. Sprinkle on the feta cheese and drizzle the balsamic all over.
5. Enjoy as an individual salad or family style.
